The worst performers of the session were Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SE:), which fell 5.20% or 4.10 points to trade at 74.80 at the close. Saudi Int Petrochemical Co (SE:) declined 4.95% or 0.88 points to end at 16.88 and Saudi Cement Company (SE:) was down 3.34% or 2.30 points to 66.50.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 137 to 49 and 6 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for November delivery was down 2.55% or 1.34 to $51.30 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 2.03% or 1.17 to hit $56.52 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.90% or 13.55 to trade at $1521.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.29% to 4.1220, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7510.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.32% at 98.373.
